today, i chose to study outside just for a change in the environment.
after around two hours, i lifted my head to survey my surroundings. well, it was around late afternoon, so the restaurant was almost empty. Suddenly, i got this feeling, like i'm all alone in the world. it feels peaceful, yet melancholic at the same time.
well, i guess its because i was studying.
Anyway, the bio syllabus is pretty cool.
According to cell division (meiosis), half of me is made out from the chromosomes from dad and the other half is from the maternal chromosome. and dad is made up from half of the chromosomes from grandad and half of the chromosomes from grandma.
So, essentially, half of my chromosomes were same as one of my many ancestors from long loong loooong time ago.
creepy eh.
